Pension reform: before the vote on repeal, "the employers must take a step," considers the general secretary of the CFDT

While a proposed opinion to repeal the pension reform law will be examined on June 5 at the National Assembly, the general secretary of the CFDT, Marylise Léon, guest of the 4V on Tuesday, June 3, believes " that an agreement is still possible because there are real social expectations ."
" We are sticking to our three priorities, particularly the issue of hardship, which remains an extremely pressing issue for many employees. We have put the issues on the table and opened a number of doors. [...] Today, employers need to take a step, and so we are going to really start the discussion in this final stretch. We have 15 days to bring these developments to fruition. [...] For the moment, we are waiting to see how employers truly enter into the discussions, move forward, and recognize that there is an issue ," she then elaborated.
